Because in summer we are looking for something moderately sweet but cold, in addition to seasonal fruits, I suggest gelatin-based recipes because they do not require baking (we avoid heating the house); because they are a good source of collagen (especially for people after their 30’s, as their bodies can no longer produce so much collagen); and because they are a dessert with a relatively small amount of sugar and fat compared to other cakes.
Reinvented recipe.
Ingredients:
80 g dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 sachet of gelatin granules (10 g) hydrated in 50 g of water
100 g condensed milk
150g water
200g milk

Method of preparation:
Put the gelatin to hydrate in the 50 ml of water for 15 minutes.

While the gelatin is hydrating, break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a bowl and melt it in a steam bath.

Pour the 150g of water into the milk and heat it.
The hydrated gelatin is added to the melted chocolate together with the condensed milk. We mix everything well.
To the obtained composition we add the hot milk and mix well.
Then, we add the cocoa, mix the composition, and strain it through a simple sieve to avoid cocoa lumps in the jelly.

The liquid obtained is put in molds (I used silicone molds for muffins, I recommend the same to you because it will be easy to detach the jelly). Leave to cool until the composition reaches the room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

In the plate:
The jelly can be decorated according to preference with fruits, whipped cream or chocolate.
Good appetite!
